Michael McCrory, Chairman & CEO
Mr. McCrory has worked in the securities industry since 1995, prior to which he spent over 10 years as an executive in the insurance
industry. He has lived in Italy since 1994 and worked with institutional investors throughout
Europe. In addition to serving in his capacity at I-Bankers Securities he serves on the Board of Directors of various other
companies. Mr. McCrory has been securities licensed since 1992 and holds both a Series 7 and Series 24
license. He holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. |

Shelley Gluck, CFO and CCO
Since 1980, Ms. Gluck has served in various capacities for operations, finance, and compliance in the insurance and securities
industry, including four years as CFO and Director for Commercial Life & Accident Insurance Co. Her BS degree in International Business is from Regents College and her MBA is from Southern Methodist University. She holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses and serves as Financial Principal for the

Paolo Floriani, Chief European
Advisor, Director
After achieving a master's degree in Management and Auditing from Bocconi University in
Milan, Mr. Floriani spent six years as Director of Investments of
PRIVEST. During 1991 he became a Qualified Swiss Corporate Advisor and
Trustee, and acted as partner and director in many international holding and finance
corporations. His experience includes banking, corporate finance, and real estate
investments. A native Italian, Mr. Floriani brings an extensive European client base. |

Ed Dulles, Managing Director
Ed has worked in investment banking in Italy since 1997. Before he joined I-Bankers in early 2005, he worked for over six years in Milan for an
independent, boutique M&A advisory firm. An American with a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Bocconi University in
Milan, he is fluent in Italian. Ed holds a Series 7 securities

Hallgeir Hollup, Managing Director,
Technology Hallgeir Hollup has worked in the securities
industry since 1998. Before joining I-Bankers in 2010, Mr. Hollup
worked for ten years for leading Nordic investment banks, bringing
an extensive Scandinavian client base. He holds a BA from Monash
University in Melbourne and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan. |

Jean-Pierre Labaune, Managing
Director, Healthcare and Life Science
Jean-Pierre Labaune has worked in the pharmaceutical area since
1975. He is a pharmacist trained in non clinical and clinical
pharmacology. Jean-Pierre has served as Research & Development
engineer in big pharmaceutical companies for 20 years. Then, he
moved to the Consulting field in France and Switzerland. He
found his own Consulting company in 2009. Based on his broad and
wide experience and expertise, Jean-Pierre offers technical support
and assistance to the pharmaceutial industry. With IBS group, he
provides unique services to biopharmaceutical companies with the
goal of helping them raise funds and find investors. |

Richard J. Price, Managing Director,
Head of Investment Banking Asia
Before joining I-Bankers Securities, Mr. Price was
Managing Director of Investment Banking at Hudson Securities, Inc.
and senior banker for cross-border banking for China
and greater Asia. Previously, Mr.
Price served for 14 years as a Vice President at Peabody Holding
Company, predecessor to Peabody Energy (NTSE:BTU), the world's
largest private sector coal company. Prior to Hudson,
in addition to his tenure at Peabody, Mr. Price was President of
Westminster Securities Corp., a Managing Director at two regional
broker-dealers, President and COO of Care Centric Solutions, Inc., a
development stage health care technology firm. He has also 10 year
experience in bank and bank holding company gained at
Citicorp and Security Pacific National Bank.

Thomas Masterson, Managing Director,
Head of Insitutional Sales
Mr. Masterson has worked in the securities industry since 1990. From
2005 onwards, Mr. Masterson has participated in the placement,
underwriting, and syndication of over 40 SPAC™ offerings and is
actively involved in the daily institutional trading of all public
SPACs™. He was also a co-founder and managing partner of a 1940
ACT investment advisor that managed index options and futures and
provided principal protection to individual investors. Mr.Masterson
is a graduated of the Isenberg School of Management at the
University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in finance. He
holds series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.

John Kallassy, Managing
Director, Head of Investment Banking U.S.
Mr. Kallassy possesses more than two decades of M&A, financial
and operations experience as an executive in the healthcare and
technology fields. In his role as CEO of Zargis Medical Corp., Mr.
Kallassy led the global launch of a new medical device that was
awarded "2009 Product of the Year" by Popular Science
magazine. In April 2011, Mr. Kallassy sold Zargis technology to 3M
Corp.. Mr. Kallassy was also the founder and CEO of American Data
Consultants, an information services provider which he sold to R.L.
Polk in 1997. He holds biology and chemistry degrees from the State
University of New York, studied pharmacology at University of Leeds,
and received an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell
University. |

David Dobson, Director, Advisor
After graduating from Harvard University and Yale Law School, Mr. Dobson began his illustrious law career specializing in corporate law and M&A work. In 1982, Mr. Dobson came to Italy and has since built an international law firm that ranks among the largest in Italy with 12 offices throughout Europe and the United
