Michael McCrory, Chairman & CEO
Mr. McCrory has worked in the securities industry since 1995, prior to which he spent over 10 years as an executive in the insurance industry. He has lived in Italy since 1994 and worked with institutional investors throughout Europe. In addition to serving in his capacity at I-Bankers Securities he serves on the Board of Directors of various other companies. Mr. McCrory has been securities licensed since 1992 and holds both a Series 7 and Series 24 license. He holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
   
Paolo Floriani, Chief European Advisor, Director
After achieving a master's degree in Management and Auditing from Bocconi University in Milan, Mr. Floriani spent six years as Director of Investments of PRIVEST. During 1991 he became a Qualified Swiss Corporate Advisor and Trustee, and acted as partner and director in many international holding and finance corporations. His experience includes banking, corporate finance, and real estate investments. A native Italian, Mr. Floriani brings an extensive European client base.
   
Shelley Gluck, President & CFO
Since 1980, Ms. Gluck has served in various capacities for operations, finance, and compliance in the insurance and securities industry, including four years as CFO and Director for Commercial Life & Accident Insurance Co. Her BS degree in International Business is from Regents College and her MBA is from Southern Methodist University. She holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses and serves as Financial Principal for the firm.
   
Alessandro Falconi, VP European Institutional Sales
After working several years in the marketing department of Banca Popolare di Lecco, Mr. Falconi was appointed vice Bank Manager of the branch in Como, Italy. In 1991, he began working with Deutsche Bank, Como, as Branch Manager. He studied investment strategies at Bocconi University in Milan. He joined the I-Bankers team in November 1997.
   
Ed Dulles, Managing Director
Ed has worked in investment banking in Italy since 1997. Before he joined I-Bankers in early 2005, he worked for over six years in Milan for an independent, boutique M&A advisory firm. An American with a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan, he is fluent in Italian. Ed holds a Series 7 securities license.
   
James Bell, Managing Director
Mr. Bell was a decorated Marine Corps Aviator. After leaving the Marines, he was senior associate at SEACOR Holdings (NYSE: CKH), an energy services company, where he managed various acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Bell then founded Liberty Defense Group LLC, a strategic consulting firm, and worked for Argyle Security and other public companies. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is pursuing a degree in the TRIUM Global EMBA Program.
   
Frederick Cary, Senior Managing Director 
Frederick Cary comes to I-Bankers after a successful executive career. Most recently, Mr. Cary was CEO of Imagine Communications. He was also CEO of Path 1 (IPO), 3rd Pipe Communications, and Boxlot, (acquired by INSP: NASDAQ). Prior to that, Mr. Cary was a senior partner of Cary & Cary, a law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development activities. Mr. Cary has also acted as an advisor to venture capital firms. He has a JD from Thomas Jefferson and an MBA, with Distinction, from the University of Liverpool. He holds series 7 and 63 licenses.
   
David Dobson, Director, Advisor
After graduating from Harvard University and Yale Law School, Mr. Dobson began his illustrious law career specializing in corporate law and M&A work. In 1982, Mr. Dobson came to Italy and has since built an international law firm that ranks among the largest in Italy with 12 offices throughout Europe and the United States.
